Hello friends,
yesterday I slooowly started my training and walked a first 10 kilometers with my new backpack and 10 kilos weight in it. In addition of course my new Lowa hiking boots.
During the walk I experienced a constant pain in my shinbone but that was okay and faded away quickly while resting. But this morning I felt some kind of pain in my left ankle that for sure would grow if I would walk another 10 km or more.
Did you experience pain anywhere while you were on the trail and if yes, have you any tips against it?
I will visit a doctor before I leave to check my body of course
