Is the Guide book available for purchase in double-sided loose leaf form?

If so I will laminate all the maps and place them in a folder before I start the pilgrimage.
I can then use only the map I need for a particular day instead of constantly opening and closing the guide book.
Being a laminated map means I could use it in any weather conditions.

It is not possible to laminats the pages and it is not needed. You can buy a plastic map-cover in an outdoor shop.
You can also use a plastic bag, to cover the book when it is open, and close it together With the book.
Anyway, there are plenty of signs, you do not need the book while walking,
