It is great! Ive been walking 16 days now and used it twice and will stay at my third tonight.

This henrohouse88 is made by NPO and their goal is make 88 houses along the trail in shiko by 2020.
Kagawa has many member houses but we need more in Kouchi.

We used Henro House 3 times. Twice we had the entire house only for us smiley
The tenants were always friendly and helping, and they also spoke a good english, which for us was a blessing.

Henro house 88 is a new project so that not many henros know about it.
It seems you can relax more than crowded guest house.
They open only Mar-June and Sept-Nov.
It is nice to sleep in Futon/bed once or twice a week even you have a tent. especially on a bad weather.
Hope more henro houses joined the project so that easy to find the reasonable price accomodations to stay just like the albergue in Spain.
