    For me the most impressive sight was the Akui river, after leaving Temple 12. I think one of the reasons was that I met it in a sunny day, after a hard, rainy climb to T12. More than one year later, I see the river in my mind: flowing calm and solemn, majestic and gentle ... and the colour of the water was something I'd never seen in my life. For the ones going to Shikoku, please take a look at the river.

    Having seen it cycling both early in the morning and around noon, I agree with you, it is a magnificent scenery.
